Our shop stocks only single-origin coffee, no blends, no nonsense. We treat coffee like any other perishable. Our belief is simple, if the coffee was roasted yesterday it is not fresh enough to brew today.

When it comes to roasting, we don’t consider it to be an art form, because it is not. That said, however, roasting experience will vary depending on the coffee origin. We roast early in the morning and throughout the day to keep your cup as mint as possible.

As for your cup at the shop, we try to stick to classic Italian recipes with slight deviations here and there. Those deviations may include: barista touch, espresso machine, roast profile, your “caprices” and ours.
